Shipping and Delivery
All purchases are shipped World Wide via USPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pink Puppy cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. If available, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from USPS that your purchase has been delivered.
We will provide tracking numbers for the domestic and international orders if the item is delivered via USPS Priority/Express. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, simply request a return in 30 days of delivery and we'll give your money back! Please note that the actual shipping cost is not subject to refund even if you have received the free shipping promotion.
Returns and exchanges are easy at Pink Puppy! To return a merchandise, please fill out the Return Request form from "My Account-Order History for an RMA number." Then wait for an email that contains a return address and send your return to the corresponding address (which may NOT be the original address the merchandise was shipped from). Any item returned to a wrong address will result in a significant delay in the return process as well as a 15% restocking fee.
Pink Puppy will accept the merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged by customer. Please make sure that the item is in LIKE NEW condition, meaning free of stain, hair, or odor of any kind. Failture to meet these requirement will result in a refusal of the return or a handling fee. Refunds may be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Merchandise returned without a RMA number will not be considered for return/refund/exchange.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
We recommend shipping the returning merchandise via USPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request an adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Pink Puppy will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Pink Puppy's sole discretion.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us.
